Refund & Return Policy

At Scopro, every board is built to last. Because our products are made to perform for years, all sales are final except in the cases described below.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at scoproproducts@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item or items you received.

Once we review and approve your claim, we'll send a replacement.

If we ask you to send the original item back, it must be returned in its original packaging with the board still wrapped in its original plastic and unopened. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Scopro does not create or provide return shipping labels.

Items sent back without first requesting a return and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Scopro does not create or provide return shipping labels. When a return is required, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for change of mind or ordering errors. The following also cannot be returned or refunded: sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized products.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected an approved return, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at scoproproducts@gmail.com.
